This Privacy Policy explains how the Sales Notifier mobile app ("the App"), provided by SalesNotifier Labs ("we", "us"), handles your information. The App is a private business tool for registered shops to record sales and notify their team.

1. Information we collect

• Phone number — used only to sign you in via one-time password (OTP) and to identify you as an authorized member of a shop.
• Business data you enter — sales and purchase entries (product, quantity/weight, price, payment mode, notes) that you record in the App.
• Device push token — a Firebase Cloud Messaging token so the App can send you sale notifications.
• Basic technical data — app version and device type, for reliability and troubleshooting.

We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, SMS messages, or call logs.

2. How we use it

• To authenticate you and grant access only to shops you are authorized for.
• To record and display sales/purchase data for your shop and notify your team of new sales.
• To keep the App secure, reliable, and up to date.

3. How it is stored and shared

Data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Messaging) on Google Cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is shared only with other authorized members of your own shop, as required for the App to function.

4. Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your shop account is active. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact us using the details below; we will action verified requests for your account.
